1. General Policy

As all products sold on Press Edition are digital downloads, purchases are final and non-refundable once a Mockup has been accessed or downloaded. By completing a purchase, Users acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. No Right of Withdrawal for Digital Goods

Under UK consumer law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Article 28(3)), the right to cancel or request a refund does not apply once a User has downloaded the purchased digital content.

3. Exceptions Where Refunds May Be Granted

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

• The Mockup file is defective, corrupted, or missing essential elements that prevent its intended use.

• The incorrect Mockup was delivered due to an error on Press Edition’s part.

• The User was charged but did not receive access to the purchased Mockup.

• The User accidentally purchased the same Mockup multiple times in a single transaction. In such cases, the User must contact info@press-edition.com or by using the contact form on the website, within 72 hours of purchase, and the duplicate order will be reviewed for a refund.

• Any other instance where a refund is required by applicable UK consumer protection laws.
  
  

Refunds will not be granted in cases where:

• The User changes their mind after purchasing.

• The User claims dissatisfaction but the file functions correctly and matches the description.

• The User misunderstood the licensing terms or failed to review them before purchasing.

• The User fails to download the product within the provided timeframe and did not request assistance.

• The User purchases the same Mockup in separate transactions, as it is their responsibility to manage their order history.
  
  
  

4. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund under the exceptions listed above, Users must contact info@press-edition.com or by using the contact form on the website, within 14 days of purchase and provide:

• Order number and purchase details.

• A detailed explanation of the issue.

• Screenshots or supporting evidence (if applicable).

Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

• Unauthorised chargebacks or disputes filed without first contacting Press Edition may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of the User’s account.

  • Revocation of access to previously purchased Mockups.

  • Legal action, if fraudulent chargebacks are suspected.

• Users experiencing payment issues should contact info@vocalmockups.com before initiating a dispute.
